The following four programs are a few that I have used.  They are rough outlines only, meant to give a general sense of the kinds of organization that worked well for the audience.  I have not completely annotated the resources I used, but I believe these will be useful to first-time babies' lap time programmers to give a sense of structure, including the order of elements and the variety of activities that are available.

Program One:  Counting and Food

Open them, shut them (hand gestures)
Five little monkeys (with monkey mitt and flannelboard)
This old man (tape--get tape recorder)
One, two, buckle my shoe (with clapping)
Ten Rosy Roses (read from book)
Five plump peas (hand gestures)

It's Raining, It's Pouring (do gestures of rain, snoring, bump, not getting up w/TAPE)
Rain on the Rooftops (say with gestures:  rooftop, tree, green grass, not on me)
Over In the Meadow (read book)
I had a Rooster (TAPE--flannel animals?  Or just make noises?)
